FAQs

How do I contact you?

All our contact information can be found on the Contact Us page.

What denomination do you belong to?

Bexleyheath Community Church is part of the Newfrontiers group of churches, which is a charismatic network of evangelical churches.

What is newfrontiers?

Newfrontiers is an international family of churches together on a mission to establish the Kingdom of God by restoring the church, making disciples, training leaders and planting churches. Newfrontiers is committed to building churches according to New Testament principles.

What time is your sunday service?

The service starts at 10.30am prompt and finishes around 12.15pm.

What is the style of the service?

As with many charismatic churches, the service is free flowing and members are encouraged to participate with public contributions of prayer, Scripture reading and spiritual gifts.

During a typical service, time is often equally divided between music and preaching. Preaching will be Reformed, Evangelical, and Bible focused, with the goal of applying biblical learning within the contemporary world.

Shortly after worship, children leave the main meeting to go to their own youth groups. After the meeting finishes, we serve tea and coffee.

Are there any activities mid-week?

There are lots of mid-week activities, ranging from youth work to toddler groups and coffee mornings. Click here to find out more.

Do you have any facilities for children?

We have a crèche for babies and toddlers, which is run by CRB-checked and trained members of the Church. We also have youth groups for children up to 18 during the service.

What should I wear?

There is no dress code, but most people adopt a smart casual look.
